 Available in-store leadership positions include: 

Lead Cooks. As a lead cook, you will assist with many aspects of the BoH operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety, and cleanliness. Among some of the duties, you will coordinate with management to address vendor issues, training schedules, staffing, and maintenance needs.

Supervisors. Part time store leadership and part time hourly responsibilities makes this full time, hybrid position highly desirable. You will assist the General Manager with day to day operations and occasional administrative tasks. Compensation for this position is as follows: 

  • Supervisor range, $18.00 to $24.00,

  • Hourly rate, Dependent on position

Operations Managers. As a salaried position, the Operations Manager supports the General Manager by running the floor, ensuring smooth operations, and upholding company standards through training and coaching team members. Responsibilities include cross-training staff, scheduling, cleanliness and compliance, ensuring service quality and overseeing financial transactions.

  • Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000

  • Highly competitive performance bonuses

General Managers. The General Manager oversees all aspects of the FoH and BoH operations, ensuring efficient and profitable management while maintaining high standards. They coordinate with their management team, managing staff, inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance, and are responsible for final decisions on hiring, discipline, and termination.

  • Compensation will range from $65,000 to $80,000

  • Highly competitive performance bonuses and potential profit sharing
