Broken Yolk


Sx3 is a growing restaurant & hospitality group specializing in scaleable franchised restaurant brands.

Our concepts are located in California, Nevada, and Texas. By the end of 2024, Sx3 will have over $35,000,000 in annual system sales and franchise three different concepts:  Broken Yolk Cafe, Marufuku Ramen, and Tacos El Franc.


Broken Yolk Cafe

The Original Broken Yolk Café started in 1979 in Pacific Beach, a local beach community in San Diego, California and has since become a Southern California favorite for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

If you ask foodies why they love the Broken Yolk, they will most likely say, “Their signature benedicts and variety of menu options, mimosas (12 oz size!), homemade sauces, soups and baked goods and the most important SERVICE!  Broken Yolk is a full service restaurant that makes sure every guest has an egg-cellent experience!

Marufuku Ramen

Marufuku proudly serves the authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen — featuring milky and umami rich broth made from boiling pork bones for long hours, an ultra-thin artisanal noodles that match perfectly with the broth, and Cha-shu made from specially selected pork.

Marufuku Ramen is Sx3's most recent franchised brand. It is set to open in Las Vegas in 2024.

Tacos El Franc

Tacos El Franc is widely recognized throughout Mexico as one of, if not the best taco in the country! Sx3 is excited to take this incredibly popular taqueria to the United States, with Sx3's first location being in Downtown Las Vegas. 

Tacos El Franc has been featured on Netflix's "Taco Chronicles" and most recently was included in the prestigious 2024 Michelin Guide as a "classic". Tacos El Franc offers a simple and tasty menu of tacos, homemade corn tortillas, and a full bar when it opens in Las Vegas in early 2025.
